The Quipp Packman SIGNODE Strapping Module utilizes a 5mm wide embossed polypropylene strapping material to lower your consumables expense.
Automatic re-threading of strap
The Quipp Packman SIGNODE Strapping Module will sense a faulty strap feed in the chute and automatically reverse the strap in the chute and refeed the strap all in tenths of a second without causing the strapper to shut down.
Out of Strap Feature
The out of strap feature ejects the strap at the end of the coil to eliminate downtime associated with removing the excess strap left in the machine.
Easy Maintenance with reduced costs associated with labor and parts
No roller chains or clutches! Lubrication and adjustment free! Incredibly easy access! The hot knife can be cleaned by removing from the top without tools.
Full access to the strap path all the way from spool dispenser to the hot knife without the use of any tools.
Conveyor belts can be changed in less than ten minutes by removing the whole conveyor platform without the use of tools.
