Muller Martini Mailroom Systems using good project management techniques brought the project in on time. Our staff received adequate training to transition to live operation without major incident. MMMS programmers worked closely with our circulation staff to implement effective interfaces to other vendor’s equipment. Installation staff also assisted our mailroom staff in solving issues with other equipment. The SLS3000 with less than one week of live operation has more than doubled our mailroom effective throughput. It was a good installation experience.”
