Halifax Media Group Commits to Fully Integrated Print and Digital Newsroom Strengthening Its Partnership with SAXOTECH

Tampa Fla. – February 18 2013 – SAXOTECH a leader in content management circulation and advertising technology today announced Halifax Media Group has purchased the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center for its Daytona Beach News-Journal property solidifying its move toward a One Touch Publishing workflow.

The Florida newspaper will leverage its existing SAXOTECH Online technologies as well as take advantage of greater workflow capabilities with the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center. Users will now have integrated and flexible publishing tools they need to serve high volumes of content to multiple print and digital channels with the simplicity of One Touch Publishing.

The News-Journal s move to implement modern publishing technologies will create many efficiencies of a deeply integrated newsroom where print and digital content flow seamlessly throughout the organization from one central publishing system. Bringing these operations together will enable the News-Journal to realize greater efficiencies as well as improved audience reach.
