Although most real estate agents continue to advertise their listings in newspapers and other print products fewer and fewer believe print advertising drives quality leads according to the AIM Group s 2009 report on real estate advertising.

The report also indicates a growing number of agents are finding value in using social network sites such as Facebook and MySpace to market their properties. And based on our surveys it seems the global recession in real estate is beginning to ease just a bit.

To compile the 65-page report we surveyed more than 200 real estate agents in the U.S. and around the world. The report includes more than two dozen graphics that summarize changes in marketing allocations Web site spending client origins and more. The report is available at a discount to PAGE members.
